Health is the condition of the body being free from
diseases and disorders. We are healthy if we do not suffer from any king of
diseases or illness in body, mind and the spirit. A healthy person can be
wealthy and happy. But a sick person, however rich, cannot be Wealthy and
happy.
Good health can make a person successfully complete his
tasks. Person bearing good health can do any kind of work either difficult or easy
one with confidence. For an unhealthy one, an easy work is very heard to
finish. An unhealthy man fails every time in this life. Only the diseases and
sickness give him the company to pass life.
Diseases and sickness are curse for every human being. To
turn this misfortune into a blessing or to be free from illness We must use
good food in our daily life We should drink plenty of clean and fresh water We
have to eat a balanced of clean fresh water We have to eat a balanced diet
having all the nutritional values. Our daily diet must contain vitamins,
proteins, carbohydrate, fat and minerals. These are the five important new for our body building. If one of the is Missing in our
food, disease Will attack us and our good health Will be spoiled.
Apart from food habits, We must do some physical as well
as mental exercise to be healthy and alert. Walking in the early morning time
(morning Walk) running, swimming, playing games, working in the field etc are
some few examples of physical exercises. For mental purpose, We can have
meditations and yoga. To make our mind healthy, We must be far apart from
tensions and stresses Healthy mind always exists in healthy body. Similarly, We
must keep our surroundings clean and green We must develop good habits. Smoking
and drinking alcohol t be done. These two are the major things to
damage our health soon Recreation and sufficient rest are also necessary to
improve our health.
